cancelation POLICY

Weather Policy

Ahhh......wonderful, unpredictable Florida weather!! Since we are an outdoor surf camp, we pay close attention to the weather all week long. Unfortunately,

there are times when foul weather alters our plans.

In such a case:

• Lightning rules! Although we continue in cloudy and light rain conditions,

NO CAMP ACTIVITIES take place when lightning is detected.

• If the weather will potentially clear, we’ll wait it out.

• No refunds can be given for bad weather days. Friday is our alternate weather

makeup day.

If you cancel your surf session, the following applies:

  • Cancellations 48 hours or more prior to your camp week will receive a credit to reschedule or a full refund minus a 10% cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the first day of camp are not extended a refund.

  • *Reservations credit must be used within one year from date of activity or will be void.
